Every order is handmade just for your pet, so please allow 2–4 days for us to craft it. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 6–10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Absolutely — choose from our full range of bead colours at checkout. Then enter your pet's name (up to 8 letters) and we'll hand-string it exactly as you want it. If you'd like a specific colour combination, just leave a note at checkout and we'll do our best to match it.
Is the collar waterproof?
Is the collar waterproof?
Yes — the silicone beads, steel core and buckle are fully waterproof. Muddy walks, rain and bath time are no problem at all. Just wipe clean with a damp cloth and leave to dry. Your collar will look brand new every time.

My golden retriever Cooper has been wearing his for three months now — through muddy walks, bath time, the river, everything — and it still looks brand new.
